Figuring out the perfect trip to take is an important decision and takes more thought than a six-hour Flash! Sale allows. Many cruise lines and tour companies understand this. This year their holiday sale offers are often extending a week later than “Black Friday” or “Cyber Monday.” Below are a few worth noting.
American Queen Voyages
Black Friday extends to December 2 and includes free roundtrip air and up to 20% off selected voyages.
With cruises covering the world, Azamara, known for its long days in port and over night stays, is again offering a two-category upgrade. Only this time it includes $1,000 in onboard credit. Until December 1 Celebrity is offering a BOGO 75% off second guest for almost all sailings until 2025. It’s also possible to add shipboard credit.

Onboard credit of $100 per person is available until December 5, a full week after Cyber Monday.
Their Cyber week special runs through December 2 with onboard credit of up to $600 per stateroom and a 50% reduced deposit. Cruises featured include transatlantic, Alaska, Norwegian Fjords, Japan, and Australia.
The more adventurous traveler can take advantage of discounts available until December 2 for both international and domestic trips. While most trips are discounted 15-25%, select Antarctica departure can be as much as 40% less.
Karisma Hotels and Resorts
With an extensive portfolio of resorts in Mexico, Jamaica, Belize and the Dominican Republic, the sale running through December 6 offers great opportunities for that winter getaway. Offers range from 12% to 54% off, and many have resort credits to use toward that much needed spa treatment or lobster dinner.
Norwegian Cruise Line
Billed as its “Greatest Deal Ever”, through December 5 travelers can choose from perks including free unlimited open bar, free specialty dining, free shore excursion credits, and free wi-fi, in addition to discounted rates.
Until December 2, Quark is making that Antarctica dream ever more possible with 2-for-1 offers on select voyages and special deals for solo travelers. This is one I’ve never seen before.
Free or reduced premium air, 2-for-1 business class air, and $200 savings are offered for Scenic River cruises booked through December 2.
Uniworld Cruises is taking a different approach with “12 Days of Christmas.” Until December 13 each day brings a new deal, ranging from complementary airfare to category upgrades, to savings of up to 50%.
Billed as its best saving ever, deals through December 6 include discounts of 50% off the second guest on sailings through April 2023. With already competitive rates, this ranks as a great time to try the adults-only cruise line.
Whatever your travel dream is, there is a deal waiting to be discovered. This is a great time to plan that next vacation. Give yourself the gift of travel.
